Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms
  • All payments must be completed in full on the same day service is provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Once the battery has been installed and accepted, it shall be deemed that the customer has received the product in satisfactory condition, subject to applicable warranty terms and consumer rights under Malaysian law.
  • Due to the nature of automotive electrical products, used or installed batteries are generally not eligible for return or refund.
  • However, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to inspection, management review, and applicable Malaysian consumer laws.
  • If the reported issue is found not to be related to the battery supplied, an attendance / inspection fee of RM30.00 may apply.
  • If a new battery is purchased during the same visit, such fee may be waived at management discretion.
  • Loose, damaged, or worn battery terminal clamps are not included.
  • Amaron EFB / AGM – 12 Months / 20,000 KM
  • Amaron GO / FLO – 18 Months / 30,000 KM
  • Amaron PRO – 36 Months / 60,000 KM
  • Other Products – Based on Invoice
  • Whichever comes first (time or mileage).
  • Warranty claims may be considered when inspection confirms manufacturing defect or battery failure under normal usage conditions.
  • Battery must be tested and confirmed faulty before claim approval.
  • Battery unable to start the vehicle under normal use may qualify for assessment.
  • Lights or accessories left switched on.
  • Vehicle rarely used / long period not started.
  • Weak alternator / charging system faults.
  • Electrical leakage / parasitic drain.
  • Loose, damaged or corroded terminals.
  • Misuse, accident, impact damage.
  • Unauthorized tampering or modification.
  • Wrong installation by third party.
  • Charging voltage should be above 13.5V under load or within acceptable manufacturer operating range.
  • If below specification, warranty claim may be paused until charging system / alternator is repaired.
  • First Visit (Klang Valley Only) – FREE subject to area coverage, availability and operating conditions.
  • Not available during Night Hours, Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Subsequent Visits – RM30.00 service fee applies.
  • Subject to area coverage and availability.
  • Walk-In – No service fee if customer brings battery or vehicle to outlet.
  • Warranty only applies to the first vehicle installed unless prior approval is granted.
  • Do not transfer battery to another vehicle without approval. Unauthorized transfer may void warranty.
  • Temporary battery or jump start may be provided first, subject to stock, technician schedule, and availability.
  • Inspection may take up to 7 working days depending on manufacturer procedure.
  • Customers will be informed once results are available.
  • Battery approved for collection must be collected within 7 working days unless otherwise informed.
  • Uncollected batteries may be disposed of and related warranty claim may be cancelled after reasonable notice.
  • Immediate replacement battery is not guaranteed and remains subject to inspection result and manufacturer approval.
  • We are responsible for the battery product supplied by us and will exercise reasonable care during inspection, handling, and installation.
  • Any pre-existing faults, hidden defects, or damage to other vehicle components not caused directly by our negligence shall remain the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
  • Battery replacement is strongly recommended while the engine is switched off to reduce risk of voltage fluctuation or electronic system disturbance.
  • If the owner instructs replacement while engine remains running, all associated risks shall be acknowledged by the owner.
  • We shall not be responsible for damage, warning lights, ECU disturbance, data loss or consequential losses arising from replacement while engine is running under owner instruction, except where prohibited by law.
  • Nothing in these terms removes any rights available under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
